The day I stepped out of the neurologist's office on a sunny day in August 2016 I felt relieved. Don't have to worry about my pension anymore as life will be short and intense. I have been introduced to my new partner for life who is never going to leave me anymore. Mr Morbus Parkinson.
Ever since, I have changed my life towards minimalism to experiment new challenges, crossing boundaries and getting out of my comfort zone thus still leading an absolute hedonistic and joyful lifestyle. I have nothing to lose anymore as my health has gone down the waste pipe already.
Constantly travelling means the world to me, feeding the endless curiosity for everything and everyone. Writing about my ups and downs with Mr P. has become a necessity to deal with it in a pragmatic and rational way. Life is still spectacular, and I consider myself a very lucky and happy person to seize the day and live a life as if there are no tomorrows.

First visit ever to Venice. Right into the wasp's nest. Private water taxi rides back and forth , Champagne and Pasta as main nutrition, getting lost in the narrow winding little streets and the thousand bridges. Running over the flooded Piazza San Marco at night to sneak into the next party of Vanities. All this for the sake of the art. Art in abundance within all disciplines.
No sleep 'til Berlin.
